Sylvan Ridge Farm Vacations

The Sylvan Ridge farmhouse and cottage opened for vacation rental in June 2020 and quickly became a 5-star destination for visitors from New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and beyond! Our location on this serene hillside is the perfect getaway, removed from the fast pace of daily life, yet only 10 minutes from downtown Milford, PA and Port Jervis, NY and a 90-minute drive from NYC. Please visit our listing on Airbnb to book your stay up to 6 months in advance.
The farmhouse can hold groups of up to 12, with the cottage adding space for 4 more. Both dwellings are elegantly furnished and equipped with all the amenities needed in a home away from home, and we never rent them out separately. Families and friends vacationing at Sylvan Ridge Farm also enjoy exclusive access to our stunning grounds, including an in-ground pool (open Memorial Day-Labor Day) and deluxe 6-person hot tub (open year round). The surrounding area also has much to offer, and owners Alec & Linnea are always happy to give recommendations.
All vacation bookings include exclusive access to farmhouse, cottage, and property; access to the event barn is not included unless you book an event. Please check our Airbnb listing for pricing, which varies depending on time of week/year and length of stay. During our off season (mid-November through mid-April), we will consider extended stays (up to 5 months) on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to inquire.
