The cottage originally served as the farm's carriage house in the 1800s. It was converted into a caretaker's residence in the '70s when the farmhouse transitioned to a summer/holiday getaway. We have fully renovated this private living space with bridal parties and newlyweds in mind! The main floor consists of a kitchenette, a lounge area with an electric fireplace, and a powder room with a large makeup counter. Up the original spiral staircase lies a luxurious honeymoon suite. Included in the rental fee for larger events using the barn, the cottage is also available throughout the year for vacation rental (in conjunction with the farmhouse). With a queen sofa bed downstairs it can hold up to four overnight guests, making it an ideal space for couples or small groups.
